Ignore a conversation in Outlook

Now it's easier to Focus on the important conversations

Select Ignore conversation

Stay focused on important emails by ignoring conversations. Any conversation you ignore will be moved to the Deleted Items folder.
Pick a message from a conversation you want to ignore, then select Home > Ignore > Ignore Conversation (or press Ctrl+Del). Optionally: check Don't show this message again.

  1. In the message list, select the conversation or any message within the conversation that you want to ignore.
  2. On the Home tab, in the Delete group, select Ignore Ignore conversation .
